POSTER PRESENTATIONS INSTRUCTIONS

• At least one of the authors has to be registered to the conference.

• Accepted posters will be exhibited during the entire duration of the congress with daily replacement.

• Each poster author will be responsible for putting up and taking down his/her poster. Posters should be displayed before the beginning of each day of the conference. The preliminary timetable to display the posters is from 8:00 to 9:00.

• Posters must be removed at the end of each day of the conference. The preliminary timetable to remove the posters is from 19:30 to 20:00. Any poster remaining after this time will be dismantled and discarded by the technical staff.

• Poster dimension must be no larger than 1,20 m (height) x 0,90m (wide). Poster display must be vertical.

• The Technical Secretariat will inform the authors of the possibilities to print out the poster.

• Providing that it is considered to be suitable, you can use tables or graphs reflecting your results as well as relevant images.

• It’s important to remark key words and posters should include a conclusion to sum up the main topic.

• Each board will be numbered and will correspond to the poster number in the programme.

• The presenter is expected to remain by their posters during the poster viewing to answer questions other attendees and Committee may have.

• The Technical Secretariat will inform the authors of the date of the exposition of the poster.
